I fully understand that making the decision to start counselling can sometimes be daunting or difficult and I offer compassionate, confidential and non-judgmental counselling in person or via Skype, Zoom, WhatsApp or FaceTime.

Working with adult individuals I have an extensive range of experience and training in many areas including anxiety, panic attacks, bereavement, loss, P.T.S.D. bullying, abuse, depression, GAD, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, redundancy and work-related stress issues.

As a qualified and experienced counsellor, I am here to listen, support and help you through any difficulties you or your family might be facing in these changing and unprecedented times.

Offering both long and short term (Solution Focused Brief Therapy) counselling, therapy can be just a few sessions or may continue over several weeks or months. This will depend entirely on your individual requirements and situation. All counselling is therefore tailored to suit your specific and unique needs. I am committed to helping and supporting you at all times.

I am also able to now welcome new clients and, subject to availability, can offer you counselling either in the comfort of your own home via video or telephone or face to face at my premises in Shepperton.

Working to the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) code of ethics (www.bacp.co.uk.)I believe that each and every individual is of intrinsic worth. I therefore offer each person unconditional positive regard, empathy, genuineness and respect for you, your values and your personal belief system and offer each individual the highest level of confidentiality.
